My Experience with Sugar Goddess of Flawless SPF30+ BB Cream:

Packaging:

Sugar Goddess of Flawless SPF30+ BB Cream comes in a matte black tube which is house inside typical sugar printed packaging. The tube is very lightweight and travel friendly. Shade name and ingredients list printed on the outer packaging as well as inner packaging. Also can we appreciate the name “Goddess of flawless” 😉 .

Texture, Finish and Coverage:

Texture of Sugar Goddess of Flawless SPF30+ BB Cream is whipped mousse like and it is like those cream to powder finish products. When you apply it on your face it feels super soft and then sets as powder. It blurs out the pores a bit and feels like those silicon primers.

Coverage of Sugar Goddess of Flawless SPF30+ BB Cream is sheer. Coverage is not very buildable as the product sets to powder finish and too much layering makes it looking too powdery on face. This gives my skin but better kinda feel so it will not hide any major marks and blemishes but it will give even out look to your face.

Performance:

My Skin Type: Normal to combination, Tends to dry patches in winter and get oily patches for rest of the year.

Now coming to performance of Sugar Goddess of Flawless SPF30+ BB Cream, it is mattifying and blends like a dream. It stays put throughout the day and does not separate when face gets oily. Being a powder finish it controls oil to great extent and keeps face matte for almost 4-5 hours on its own and then it starts to get dewy and when topped with powder this matte effect can be increased.

BUT when i used it in winters on my skin and to my horror it badly clung to my barely-there patches and emphasized them so much that it looked like I have a desert on my face. And yes i do moisturize always. On my bare face those patches were hardly visible but as soon as i applied this, it made my face look like ghost face :(. I could not use this in winters.

4 shades are not good enough but better than many other bb/cc creams available in India. I have shade 01 Latte and it is really good match for my skin and it does not oxidize what so ever.

Final Verdict: 4/5

Sugar Goddess of Flawless SPF30+ BB Cream claims to be Blendable, lightweight and mattifying with sheer, long-lasting coverage. Every word of this claim is true and that is why it makes me happy. It is like a dream everyday bb cream for normal/combination/oily skin with no dry patches. It has SPF30+ which is a bonus as i do not like layering too many products on face. Now the cons: high price for the quantity, i mean 799/- INR for 25ml is pretty steep. And dry skinned beauties need to moisturize really well but you are not going to love it if your skin has dry patches. Other than that I love this but it has not replaced my love for Lakme cc cream 🙂 .

I always shop from sugar website and they have amazing offers every now and then also the rewards point system. I have redeemed my rewards points and got this for 299/- INR. If you are a regular sugar cosmetics product consumer then shopping from their official site is more beneficial :), just sharing my observation. Not at all sponsored or PR.
