The Body Shop Vitamin E Intense Moisture Serum Review

I love The Body Shop Bath and Body Range and I have never really explored their skincare range much. So I have purchased this The Body Shop Vitamin E Intense Moisture Serum for providing hydration and moisturization to my combination skin because it seemed pretty lightweight. So here I am with review of The Body Shop Vitamin E Intense Moisture Serum…

My Experience with The Body Shop Vitamin E Intense Moisture Serum:

The Body Shop Vitamin E Intense Moisture Serum comes in a baby pic translucent bottle with pump dispenser. The inner container which contains the product moves up as the product gets used up and in the end, you use up literally all the product. The pump dispenser is good even for controlling the quantity of product. Overall I like the packaging, it is light-weight and travel friendly.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Intense Moisture Serum has gel like texture and consistency. It spreads easily on skin and gets absorbed super quick. It is a serum and it is supposed to be applied on clean skin. I apply it after washing and toning my face. I take 2 pumps of it between my fingers and pat it on my face and neck and massage it in, then I go over with my moisturizer on top of it.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Intense Moisture Serum is really good serum for dehydrated skin and can be used by all skin types. Dry, normal, oily, combination any kind of skin can be dehydrated (yeah, you read it right). This serum works at balancing moisture of skin and in the run it fixes dehydrated skin. When I was using it, I could see my dry patches were gone and then did not appear again. I used it twice a day as part of my CTM(Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing) routine and it lasted me almost 3 months.

Final Verdict: 4/5

The Body Shop Vitamin E Intense Moisture Serum worked pretty well for my sensitive combination skin which had dry patches. It is not very pricey and if you buy it in sale it is well worth the bucks. This 30ml bottle lasted me almost 3 months using twice a day. The only thing I did not like about this serum is presence of parabens in ingredients list. Although my sensitive skin sometimes reacts to parabens but for this product it did not. It felt soothing on my sun burnt skin and occasional pimples. Like it and recommend it.

I love The Body Shop products! I haven’t tried anything from their Vitamin E line though. The serum sounds really nice. I might have to try it out next time I’m at the mall.
