There was a phase of metallic lipsticks but I still enjoy them. Also I love the impact they add to a simple look without overpowering. My Experience with Maybelline Color Sensational Metallic Lipstick 25 Copper Rose:
Maybelline Color Sensational Metallic Lipsticks were launched in various shades. I picked up berry shade because it was more wearable for fall.
Packaging:
Maybelline Metallic Lipstick come in typical maybelline lipstick packaging. Silver bullet with coloured translucent lid and color-coded sticker at base. Overall the packaging is sturdy and travel friendly.
Texture:
Maybelline Color Sensational Metallic Lipstick is has a smooth nd a little waxy texture which is quite similar to creamy matte. It glides easily without tugging or pulling.
Shade & Pigmentation:
Copper Rose is beautiful deep berry shade with red and violet pearl finish which gives a metallic finish. It has medium pigmentation. It can be easily blotted and layered up to a semi-opaque and opaque finish.
Performance:
Maybelline Color Sensational Metallic Lipstick – 25 Copper Rose is a beautiful shade. I fell in love with the shade as soon as I swatched it. However I wish it applied more evenly on lips. You have to blot in-between layer to get more even and opaque finish. Once it is on it sets to a creamy matte finish and if blotted to a powder matte finish. On me it stays put for good 4-5 hours. It transfers on cups and fades evenly. It stains the lips so you’ll not feel the need to rush for a touch-up after a meal.

Maybelline Metallic Lipstick Copper Rose is beautiful shade with beautiful metallic finish. However I do feel the formula and finish could have been better on lips. It need a bit effort to get even and opaque finish. But overall I love it. It stays put for a long time on lips and it lifts up my makeup. The shade will suit all skin tones.
