Lakme eyeconic range is not unknown to Indian beauties. I love eyeconic kajals and even prefer it over other counterparts in same price range from other brands. Black and brown from the range are my favorite everyday kohls. So today I’m here with review and swatches of Lakme Eyeconic Regal Green, Royal Blue & Turquoise which are metallic finish shades from the range.

My Experience with Lakme Eyeconic Regal Green, Royal Blue & Turquoise:
There are total 5 shades now in the new reinvented range: Black, Deep brown, Regal Green, Royal Blue & Turquoise. I’ll do a separate post for black and brown.
Packaging:
I have the older Lakme eyeconic packaging black and blue with white font. new packaging got rid of the blue band with shade name at bottom just a few changes such as font and it looks more cleaner.
Shades & Finish:
Regal Green, Royal Blue and Turquoise all 3 are metallic finish shades. Regal Green is true forest green, royal blue is more of denim blue shade and Turquoise is true bright turquoise.
Pigmentation:
Pigmentation of all 3 shades is good, you need 2 swipes minimum to get opaque even finish. Also I have noticed in few reviews where people did not have great pigmentation but I am pretty heavy-handed so I never had such issue 😀
Performance:
Lakme eyeconic regal green, royal blue and turquoise take about 2-3 minutes to set. Once set these stay all day in normal weather. In hot humid weather these can sometimes transfer to oily lids after about 6-7 hours which you can clean by just wiping with fingers. On normal skin they stay all day. These do not smudge and are water proof also sweat-proof.

Lakme eyeconic regal green, royal blue and turquoise are good colored kohl and liner options if you want to add pop of color in your eye makeup or you want to incorporate colored liners. I like the shades on Indian skin tone and it really brings out brown eyes. Regal green and royal blue are my favorite. On normal skin these stay 9 to 5(i even wore it for 10 hours) and on super oily lids, these might start to slightly transfer after about 6 hours but nothing major. These do not fulfill 22 hours stay claim. These are water-proof, sweat-proof and smudge-proof. I use these on waterline as well and these never irritate my eyes.
I already repurchased regal green and royal blue. Turquoise one I used to alternate with Maybelline colossal Turquoise (i think maybelline discontinued colored ones). Share your thoughts about coloured liners in comment section below, also share your favorites.
