My Experience with The Body Shop Grapeseed Glossing Serum:
I have normal hair and normal skin. I have had long hair for major part of my life. and i like to air dry my hair and keep heat damage as minimal as possible. But in winters my hair strands tend to get dry because of the exposure to extra heat, dry weather and friction with wool/jackets/shawls etc. So i need a nourishing serum. Lets see if The Body Shop Grapeseed Glossing Serum is the one for me.
Packaging:
The Body Shop Grapeseed Glossing Serum comes in a transparent plastic bottle with pump dispenser. the packaging is fuss-free, travel friendly and pump is good.
Texture & Consistency:
the body shop hair serum has slightly thick consistency. it is not very runny and not super thick either. It spreads easily on hair.
Performance:
For my waist length hair i need 3-4 pumps of the product. I like to apply serums in sections and pump by pump which gives me control over how much i want to use. I slightly warm up the product between my palms and gently apply it on towel dried hair or dry hair.
When I apply it on towel-dried hair, immediately it helps to detangle my hair and run my fingers through it. When my hair ends feel extra dry I just take 1 pump and apply it on my dry hair, it immediately makes them feel nourished and not dry. a little goes a long way with this so be careful not to overapply otherwise it can weigh your hair down. It tames the flyaways but does not control the frizz very effectively and neither does it claim to do so.

I love The Body Shop Grapeseed Hair Serum a lot and have repurchased it multiple times. It is a nourishing and glossing serum which helps to reduce dryness and dullness from hair. The effect is long lasting. You need very small quantity per usage. If you have dry or very dry hair you are going to love it. It is a thick serum but spreads nicely during application. Be careful not to overapply otherwise it can weigh down your hair. This serum tames little frizz and flyaways effectively but not very effective in controlling excessive frizziness. It does not provide heat protection and neither does it claim to do so. Overall i love this because it lives upto the expectation and fulfills the claims.
