I love eyeliners and i do own a couple of them, however when sugar launched their matte eyeliner, i decided to try it out because i have had good experience with their Eye told you so eyeliner. My Experience with Sugar Eye Warned You So Double Matte Eyeliner:
SUGAR Eye Warned You So! Double Matte Eyeliner comes in a beautiful matte black tube which is housed inside the typical sugar cardboard packaging. The tip applicator is very fine and precise. I love the packaging.
The formula is runny and easy to apply but goes opaque in single swipe. It dries up quickly in a visible matte finish. The shade is blackest black.
The staying power of the eyeliner is quite good. It stays put all day. It is water-resistant but not water-proof which means if you run your eyes after splashing water, it is going to come off. This did not irritate my eyes at first but after a few months when i applied it again and it accidentally touched my waterline, it stung very badly in eyes. Also when trying to remove my makeup if it goes in my eyes even at slightest, it stings. My sister faced similar issue as well. I have never had this issue with eye told you so(regular) version.

SUGAR Eye Warned You So! Double Matte Eyeliner is definitely a good matte eyeliner with very nice applicator. I loved it. But it is not sensitive eyes friendly. It might sting you. It definitely is not a must have and not a repurchase for me.
