About Kiko Milano Candy Split Eye Pencil:
Bright long-lasting eye contour pencil. Sharpener included in the base. Extremely soft and smooth tip gives an eye makeup with an intense, writing and easy to blend finish.
Its creamy and comfortable texture allows you to create well-defined lines with a buildable thickness.

My Experience with Kiko Milano Candy Split Eye Pencil:
Packaging:
Look at the cute candy striped yellow turquoise packaging. It is fun and colorful. And sharpener include at the base of pencil is color-coded in exact shade of eye pencils.
Shades & finish:
There are 4 shades in the range, all having metallic finish. I have 3 of them: 01 Rosy Marshmallow which is metallic baby pink, 03 Sweet Milk Mint which is bright metallic mint and 04 Chewy Liquorice which is dark metallic grey.
Pigmentation:
Kiko Milano Candy Split Eye Pencil are not the most pigmented eyepencil and you get not so good pay-off in 1st coat. But these dry and set quickly and then you can layer it up and then it shines with it’s true shade. You can layer it up without crumbling. I have tried these on waterline and they barely show up. I am sharing single swipe hand-swatch here where as I’m wearing 3 layers on eyes.
Staying power:
Staying power of Kiko Milano Candy Split Eye Pencil is quite impressive, once set these stay for good 8-10 hours on me. I have tried these on waterline and they I do not rub my eyes but I have sensitive eyes and oily lids. These does not irritate my eyes.

Final Verdict: 4/5
Kiko Milano Candy Split Eye Pencil are good for the price point. Only concern is pigmentation in 1st layer but if you let it set which they do quickly and then layer, you’ll not be disappointed. Even the pastel pink shows up pretty well after layering. The staying power is impressive. I love and will pick up the last shade 02 Candy Iris which is dark purple.
