Similar to fast fashion there is fast makeup these days and Colourpop is one brand that is known for fast makeup. I have ordered this cheek duo in 2018, it contains one supershock highlighter and one supershock blush. This duo was discontinued but both highlighter and blush are still sold individually so I decided to review anyways. Application Tips:
fingertip application will provide the highest amount of coverage, and for a more sheer look we suggest using a flat synthetic cheek/foundation brush or a duo fiber brush. a flat synthetic brush will give more coverage and the duo fiber brush will give a more air brushed effect. colour builds from natural to intense, build to your heart’s desire!
My Experience with Colourpop super shock Cheek duo:
The packaging is consistent to supershock formula. The white tub houses the product and transparent screw open lid lets you see the product easily. I like the packaging because it is practical sothat the formula stays intact as long as possible.
Super shock formula is so buttery, squishy and bouncy. It feels so nice to touch. It gets picked up easily on fingers or flat top foundation brush. The formula feel almost wet to touch and melts right into skin without enhancing pores or dry patches.
Colourpop Super Shock Highlighter Lunch Money:
Lunch money is a soft gold highlighter is so beautiful and is without any hint of peach or champagne in it. It is just pure pale gold which i love. This will suit light to medium skintones perfectly. The highlighter is buildable so you can get subtle as well as bold look with it. I like to apply this using fingers or Real Technique setting brush and both work perfectly. The highlighter stays put quite well and lasts about 8-9 hours on me. It does not enhance texture or pores.
Colourpop Super Shock Blush Prenup:
Prenup is beautiful mid-tone pink which has very slight cool tone to it. It will suit variety of skintones. I love the formula and it applies beautifully and is buildable. The blush lasts on me for good 10hours. I wore both highlighter and blush to office and I could still see them intact when i reached home.

This is undoubtedly one of my favorite highlighters and favorite formula. I already have huge pan in it and will repurchase if this ever gets over. Mine is still in good shape and I haven’t noticed any change in formula so far. I do make it a point to close the lid as soon as possible.
Colourpop super shock blush prenup: 4/5
I love the formula and colour but this is not a shade you can wear with every outfit or makeup look. Also this applies better with fingers, I have not got good results using brush.
I love the super shock formula and totally recommend it. There are plenty of shades to choose from.
