The Body Shop Moringa Body Milk Review

I love bodylotions and love trying out new ones… I love The Body Shop’s (TBS) bath and body products a lot. So whenever there is sale time I literally stock up for my favorites as well as the products I wanna try. Now the sale time has increased as there is sale on their site as well :). Anyhow my first purchase from TBS ever was Moringa shower gel and I loved that to the core. I wanted to try the body milk/body lotion from the same range so I bagged it when spotted for 50% off. I have used and already finished The Body Shop Moringa Body Milk, So without any further blabbering let’s go ahead with the review…

Price, Quantity & buy online:

750/- INR(Price has increased, when I bought it MRP was 695/- INR) for 250ml. You can buy it at TBS stores and also online in India at TBS siteAmazon India, Nykaa, Purplle & flipkart.

Also available at TBS USA, Amazon US sites. If you are in Hongkong, you can but it from TBS stores or you can buy it from TBS USA website and get it shipped by borderlinx.

About The Body Shop Moringa Body Milk:

Ingredients:

My Experience with The Body Shop Moringa Body Milk:

TBS Moringa Body milk comes in a transparent bottle with spray pump which is screw-open as well. It is covered with transparent cap over it. I was excited to see the spray pump packaging but it is not as exciting as it seems. Because in the morning when I’m in hurry and I want to take out product for my hands at once but I need atleast 4-5 pumps for my hands alone and that can be messy as well. So the packaging is a turn-off for me. Though it gives you the luxury to spray it directly on your body but honestly not my type :-/ .

TBS moringa body milk is off white colored liquidy lotion which spreads and gets gets absorbed into skin easily. It smells heavenly of moringa and smells stays for good 2-3 hours. If you do not like floral fragrances better sniff it at store befor buying. This keeps my normal skin hydrated for good 10-12 hours in slightly chilly weather and AC environment after that my hands start to feel parched and I need to reapply it. In normal weather and summers this is not the case and I do not feel any need to reapply.

It has a warning on packaging “do not use on face” like every other TBS body lotion, ofcourse you need special care for facial skin.

Final Verdict: 3.8/5

The Body Shop Moringa Body Milk is nice option if you have normal skin but not for very dry skin. I personally prefer to use body butters in winters when my skin is slightly dry. This one is perfect option for summers and hot humid weather when you want a lotion which will hydrate you skin without feeling heavy on skin. I love it but I have deducted points for not working effectively on dry skin as it claims so on bottle. Not a must try types but nice to try if you get it on sale 🙂

How about you…have you used The body shop morings body milk? share your thoughts in comment section below..

Till next time…take care…xoxo.

Seems like a light weight lotion. Should be perfect for Indian summers. Nicely reviewed. 🙂

Definitely sounds like a nice summer-time lotion. I can see what they were aiming for with the spray bottle design, but it sounds like the execution left a bit to be desired.

I’m not a fan of their Moringa products. The scent is to heavy for my taste.
