Although I do not have major dark circle issues but I do have teeny-meeny newly born reddish vampire looking under eye circles and Mr husband has few major dark circles. After finishing my aroma magic under eye gel, I was on lookout for a good eye cream which hydrates well and works on dark-circles and I remembered Swathi from curiousandconfusedme reviewing VLCC Almond Under Eye Cream and one other. So I pinged her and got this after eating a small piece of her brain ;). So let’s see if VLCC Almond Under Eye Cream succeeded to impress me or failed miserably…

My Experience with VLCC Almond Under Eye Cream:

Packaging is probably the most disappointing part for VLCC Almond Under Eye Cream I would say. Flimsy tub packaging with screw open lid which is a pain in the bumm to close and not for impatient people, other than that it is light-weight and travel-friendly. This is going to give you hard time sometimes when you are rushing in morning.

VLCC Almond Under Eye Cream is white and has fluffy texture. When you massage, it feels like moisturizing cream and gets absorbed easily without leaving any residue behind. Do not go overboard.

Coming to performance, it hydrates under eye area pretty well even in harsh winters and I did not get dry patches this winter because of this. I wore this under my makeup as well and it did not make my eyes oily. Now wonderful point is that it actually works, I could see it working on dark circles after using for 15 days. Then I made my husband use it and noticed more effectively working on dark circles of my husband. His under eye area got better, hydrated, brightened and with less fine-lines. We both love it.

With VLCC Almond Under Eye Cream  I got more than I’ve bargained for. It worked on lightening dark circles and minimizing fine lines and it hydrated under eye area pretty well. I wish the packaging was not flimsy and the lid closed better in single go. Price tag is good for the quantity you get. You get so much product that you get bored finishing this yet I have managed to finish 2 tubs. And I am definitely repurchasing it because this is the first product my husband actually asked about after it got finished :D, so totally recommended.
