Heylo everyone, how are you doing? I have been getting back to routine and to my skincare regime slowly. I have super sensitive skin and that is why it needs attention. Celebrities have super gorgeous skin and even some celebrities have transformed skin when they became celebrities. Rich wealthy people in general, celebrity or not, seem to have a flawless healthy looking skin that looks too good to be touched. So is there such thing as Celebrity skin or Rich people skin?
It’s in the genes:
For some it is true that they are blessed with good skin genes. But genes do not know rich or poor status. If you have good skin genes, looks like you’ve won the lottery. But again not caring and neglecting it can ruin it in long run. I have fairly good skin but it has been super sensitive due to many factors such as moving to a different location, not caring much about skin, ignoring spf and many genuine skincare mistakes.
They got it covered:
Well this is definitely true that of you are rich financially then you have all the help at your disposal and you might not need to live in a different city or work a field job on a hot day. Also you have all amenities at your disposal.
Money can buy things:
Money cannot buy happiness but surely it can buy expensive skin treatments and with so much money at your disposal you can afford any dermatologists or skin procedures you want.
It’s all fillers/filters:
With money you can go for fillers and trust me I did not know that there are fillers for literally every part of the face and body. And then there are filters and photoshop which are the biggest reason behind perfect digital images. Now it is not hidden fact that celebs or influencers project perfect body or skin image online. For filter you do not need money, all you need is good phone and facetune.
What do I do for my skin?
I do not have an extensive skincare routine but I do use basics like cleanser, toner, serum and moisturizer and spf in daytime. But during my pregnancy I did a lot of research because there are many ingredients which are not pregnancy-safe such as salicylic acid, retinol. This research intrigued my interest in skincare and finally I have started looking into active ingredients.
I am not someone who invests a lot in skincare products mainly because I have super sensitive skin and I do not want to buy a 100$ cream and end up not being able to use it up because it doesn’t suit my skin.
So you do you. But you can’t deny that having money at your disposal can certainly enhance the care and look of your skin naturally or artificially. Share your thoughts in comment section.
Till next time…take care…xoxo.
