Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain Rendezvous Review

How are you doing? How was your weekend? I have had a blast this weekend as it was my birthday on Sunday. Partied with friends all night and slept through half of the day on my birthday 🙂 I know it’s bad but it’s ok, once in your life one b’day should be like this also 😛

Anyways coming to the product I’m going to review today is “Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain-Rendezvous”. These jumbo pencil are seriously making a wave in market these days and almost every brand has released their own range of these fat babies 😛

Since I’m prefer tinted balms over lipsticks as daily wear, I thought I would get it. But spending 600/- INR  for a lip balm 😮 (So expensive they are).. Anyways I got 25% discount on amazon so I bought it as it’s pretty orange color and I’m loving peache, pink and orange lippies this summer 🙂

My Experience with Product:

There was so much hype about these lip crayons that I had to have it. I finally bought one colour to see if I like it or not.

Packaging is simple lip crayon similar to color crayons we used to use in childhood, but plus point is these are retractable crayons so no sharpening is required…yuhooo 🙂 this makes them travel friendly as you can carry them anywhere with you without sharpener. shade is written on body as well as botton of this chubby pencil.

Color payoff is very good. Only 2 swipes give you coverage. Colour is very beautiful tangerine orange which is buildable and will suit most of the skin tones. Staying power is also great. Color stays put for good 4-5 hours with meals and all then it fades evenly and leaves colour tint to your lips. You need to do touch ups for refreshing the look.

Balm texture is smooth and it’s very moisturizing for lips. It transfers a little.

Balm has a minty taste and fragrance. It also gives minty sensation to your lips as soon as you put it on 🙂 which doesn’t linger for long. I really love that refreshing sensation but if you are not a mint fan, you might not like it.

Overall I love this cute little (jumbo 😛 ) crayon.

• Doesn’t settle into fine lines.
• It’s easy to carry in handbags and clutch.
• Sturdy cute retractable travel friendly crayons.
• Refreshing minty fragrance and taste.
• Glides effortlessly on lips and colors are buildable.

Cons:

• Costly.
• Stains the lips which few people might not like

Not this colour but yeah other colours are gorgeous too so will definitely buy 1 or 2 more. 🙂

Absolutely yes. These are pure love. Do give it a try. All the shades are pretty.
