I’m back with another lipstick review and another one of my favorite nude shades Maybelline Powder Matte Lipstick Touch of Nude. I love Maybelline creamy matte and powder matte lipsticks. It is one of my favorite drugstore bullet lipstick formulas. I have a soft corner for nude shades and peachy and warm pinky nudes specially. I have finished touch of spice and mesmerizing magenta form creamy matte range and both were my favorite shades. I bought Touch of nude on recommendation from a friend. So read on to know if it made to my cult favorite list or not.

My Experience with Maybelline Powder Matte Lipstick Touch of Nude:
Maybelline powder matte range also has similar packaging to other ranges. The color of cap represents the color family. Overall the packaging is average. The lipstick is so soft that it can come off from base if a little too much pressure is applied during application, mine came off in 2nd aplication 🙁 which is a shame I thought we were done fixing that problem :-/
The shade touch of nude is a beautiful warm pinky nude/peachy nude which will flatter light, fair and medium skintones. The shade can be a bit tricky for deeper skin tones so check at counter before buying. Also depending upon the undertones it can look warmer or cooler on you. Checkout swatches for reference how it looks on me in winters vs summers.
Pigmentation of Maybelline Touch of Nude is excellent and you get opaque color in single swipe. I like to blot and layer upto 2-3 layers and still it does not feel heavy on lips. The formula of Maybelline powder matte range is lighter than Maybelline creamy matte range.
Maybelline Touch of Nude stays on lips for good 5-6 hours with little sips and nips in between. It transfers on cups but does not fully go away. Even after full meal there a bit of lipstick left on my lips but reapplication is needed. I also feel powder matte range stays put better tan creamy matte range

I absolutely love Maybelline Touch of Nude and I’m so glad my friend made me buy it. The shade is beautiful and the formula is beautiful. If you are a fan of maybelline creamy matte range then you are gonna love this one too. Formula wise Maybelline Powder matte is comparable to MAC Matte range whereas Maybelline Creamy Matte is more like MAC satin range. This is another shade I’m sure I’m gonna finish and repurchase.
