My Experience with SUGAR Kohl Of Honour Intense Kajal 01 Black Out:
I have combination skin with hooded eyes and normal lids but my lids get oily sometimes in extremely hot weather. So let’s read on to know how this kajal performed on me.
Packaging:
Packaging is probably the best part of this kajal. I love the signature sugar cardboard packaging. outer packaging has product name and details printed on it. The actual product comes in a matte black retractable pencil with product name written on it. I love the sleek elite packaging. However brand changes the outer packaging. Now it comes in similar outer cardboard packaging as most other kajal in this price range e.g. lakme eyeconic, afces magneteys etc.
Texture, Shade & Pigmentation:
SUGAR Kohl Of Honour Intense Kajal 01 Black Out is super soft in texture and glides easily on eyes even in winters. I did not face the issue of pencil getting dried up and hard to use like Sugar twist and should kajal 01 black velvet.
The shade is black but not the blackest black among competitors. Pigmentation is impressive even in single swipe and i like to use 2-3 swipes to get intense look.
Staying Power:
SUGAR Kohl Of Honour Intense Kajal 01 Black Out can be used on waterline as well as on lids. It stays for good 10 hours if I apply it over eyeshadows or properly prepped eyelid (basically powdery base underneath it). If i use it on bare lids, it starts to transfer on upper lid after about 6-7 hours due to the oil on lids. However in winters i did not face this issue since my lids are non-oily in winters. Also it performs pretty good on my waterline and does not get collected in corners.
I would not say it is completely smudgeproof because if you rub your eyes and if you have oily lids, it might smudge or fade throughout the day. It performs better on powdered base underneath or above. And you need an oil based remover to get it off your eyes completely.

SUGAR Kohl Of Honour Intense Kajal 01 Black Out is good everyday kajal. It is a good option to explore if you are bored of your goto kajal. I like it better than twist & shout range specially for the price tag. But there are other kajals I prefer more.
Do I prefer this over lakme eyeconic super black, maybelline colossal super black or faces magneteyes? NO.. 1. it comes with lesser product 0.25gm for 249/- INR whereas the others mentioned come in 0.35gm for 175-200/- INR, 2. I am getting more product, more intense black shade and better smudge-proof and transfer-proof kajal-liner experience for lesser price with the other mentioned.
