It is still not winter yet, so I’m enjoying my The Body Shop Body Yogurts. I enjoy body butters a lot in colder weather and by end of the month I’ll be definitely switching to one. Last holiday sale, I got this holiday set of 2 body yogurts from The body shop which had almond milk and british rose variants. I have reviewed The Body Shop Almond Milk Body Yogurt already and today I’m sharing my thoughts on The Body Shop British Rose Body Yogurt.

My Experience with The Body Shop British Rose Body Yogurt:
The body shop body yogurts have gel cream formula which means they are supposed to be fast absorbing lightweight yet hydrating. Hyaluronic acid is one of the highlighted ingredients in body yogurts by The body shop which is know for hydrating properties. So let’s dive into details.
Packaging:
The Body Shop British Rose Body Yogurt comes in a rose pink deep tub packaging with matte black cap which has rose print on it. The packaging is convenient and easy to carry. Many people mind tube packaging but I find them quite comfortable for thicker formulas. However this formula can work in tube packaging as well.
Scent & Texture:
The Body Shop British Rose Body Yogurt smells of rose. The smell is very prominent and lingers quite a while. So if you have sensitive nose or if you are not fond of rose scent, this is definitely not for you. I absolutely love it. It is a very light pink gel cream and has fluffy air-light texture. It spreads like a dream and absorbs really quickly into skin with zero greasy feeling behind. The skin feels soft to touch immediately.
Performance:
TBS British Rose Body Yogurt is super comfortable light weight fast absorbing formula. It spreads easily and gets absorbed super-quickly and does not leave any greasy feeling behind and even in contact with water it does not feel like you have something on your skin. You definitely can put your jeans immediately after applying it like The body shop claims :D.
This is super moisturizing on my normal skin and I do not feel the need to reapply it throughout the day even in the fall weather. However this is not sufficient for extreme winters and by end of the day i do feel the need to reapply it on my feet and forearms. So for extreme winters and extremely dry skin, I would suggest body butters instead.

The Body Shop British Rose Body Yogurt is a light-weight fast-absorbing formula which provides good moisturization without leaving any greasy feeling behind. This is perfect for people who want hydrating but not-too-rich formula for skin. I feel this is perfect for normal to oily skin all year around except extremely cold winter. Dry skinned people and extremely cold weather conditions will require something more rich as the body butter. Also the smell of this one is very potent and might not pleasant for many. I love this formula for all weather except winters. This is my second tub. I do prefer Almond milk variant more than this because it is suitable for sensitive skin.
The tub lasts me for about 2 months. However I do think the price is on higher side and will recommend stocking in sale or holiday sets.
