Heylo Everyone,
It has been ages since I have reviewed a makeup product. Today I’m here with review of Soultree Ayurvedic Kajal True Blue. I have received Soultree Ayurvedic Kajal True Blue in My envy box August. My Experience:
Packaging:
Matt finish metallic container Silver with retractable bullet housed inside black carton box. Box has all details about product and shades available.
Shade & Texture:
Shade is Pretty Bright blue which is very beautiful and one of a kind. Soultree Ayurvedic Kajal True blue does not have any shimmer/glitters in it. The texture is soft and silky which is why this doesn’t tug or pull the eyes. The finish of Soultree Ayurvedic Kajal True Blue is satiny.
Pigmentation:
Pigmentation of Soultree Ayurvedic Kajal True Blue looks good when swatched on hand but while applying on eyes I need good 4-5 swipes to get the true color.
Staying Power:
Staying Power is below average given the price tag. On my eyes it starts to fade from corners and waterline in 2 hours. Here is a before-after swatch picture with 3 hours gap:
Overall Performance:
Overall Soultree Ayurvedic Kajal True Blue is average kajal with natural ingredients. Natural ingredients makes it good for the eyes but it stings in my sensitive eyes and makes them watery when I use it on my waterline. Pigmentation and staying power is average too.
Here is a swatch picture:
What I like about Soultree Ayurvedic Kajal True blue:
- Bright blue unique color which brightens up the eyes and face.
- Creamy texture.
- all natural ingredients.
- Metallic packaging.
What I don’t like about Soultree Ayurvedic Kajal True Blue:
- Poor pigmentation.
- Poor staying power.
- Stings in the eyes when applied on waterline. Makes my sensitive eyes watery.
- Becomes patchy after sometime.
- Pricey for what it does.
Final Verdict: 3.5/5
Soultree Ayurvedic Kajal True Blue is average which has very pretty bright blue color and serves good as eyeliner. All natural ingredients makes it good for the eyes at the same time it can irritate sensitive eyes. If you do not have sensitive eyes, you might like it(My cousin likes it, it doesn’t sting in her eyes).
Repurchase: No.
Recommended:
