Sleek Makeup Eye & Cheek Palette See You At Midnight

Do you love muti-purpose palettes or is it just me? I love eyemakeup and face products are aways good to have in a palette. So I bought this Sleek palette ages ago from Sleek’s official website. Back then i was not an eyeshadow user on regular basis but when i did an eyelook it used to be smoky and dark shades. Hence Sleek Makeup Eye & Cheek Palette See You At Midnight was an obvious choice for me out of the 2 varients. I travelled with this palette recently and used it fairly enought to share my thoughts. Let’s read on to know how I find it.

About Sleek Makeup Eye & Cheek Palette See You At Midnight:

A multifunctional palette from Sleek! That is the Eye & Cheek palette containing 4 eyeshadow shades and 2 blushers. A nice palette to take with you on a trip. 

See You At Midnight contains the Sleek Pomegranate and Antique blush. The 4 eyeshadow shades come from the Vintage Romance palette and can be perfectly combined with each other.

My Experience with Sleek Makeup Eye & Cheek Palette See You At Midnight:

These products are taken from Sleek’s existing productline. However thos palette is not available on Sleek’s official website anymore.

Packaging:

See you at midnight also features typical matte black sleeck plastic casing and the palette contains 2 blushes in bigger pans and 4 eyeshadows which are in smaller pans. Packaging also includes 1 sponge applicator and 1 small blush brush which are practically of no use.

Texture, Pigmentation:

All shades swatch very nicely and very pigmented. On eyes also these build up easily. I did notice fallout during application but it was easy to dust-off with powder brush.

Performance:

I used this paltte to create different looks possible and was successful. I used blush shades as eyeshadow as well and they performed well. The palette overall is more catored towards darker skin tone and i find that the blush shade pomogranate is a bit too deep on me in winter months. The eyeshadows and blush performed well and stayed for about 4 hrs and then i noticed fading. There is kickback and fallout during application but not over the top, I suggest to tap off the access.

Sleek Makeup Eye & Cheek Palette See You At Midnight is very compact and easy to travel with. At first look you think it is not possible to create whole look using this palette but you can. I tried creating looks only using this palette and was successful. However I feel it lacks a light shade. If you are a matte lover, this is not for you. However I think it is good to have but not a must try palette. The formula is consistent with the existng sleek line. I loved all the looks i created using it.
