Heylo Everyone,
How are you doing? Today I’m going to celebrate my first marriage anniversary. Time really flies, it seem like yesterday we got married and it’s an year so soon 🙂 So yayyyy! I’m super happy today. Now coming to today’s post, I’m going to share my review on Prem Dulhan Hair Henna Natural Brown.
About Prem Dulhan Hair Henna:
Prem Dulhan Hair Henna Powder – herbal hair colour, which gives natural brown/Mehandi colour for longer period.
It comes with proven goodness of 9Herbs: Hibiscus, Brahmi, Shikakai, Methi, Jatamansi, Aloe, vera, Bhringaraj, Amla, Neem, Reetha.
Price & Quantity:
45/- INR for 125 gm.
My Experience:
Packaging:
Bright green colored pouch which houses product in a transparent pouch. Fuss free, use and throw packaging.
But if you have short hair, you won’t be able to finish whole pack in one use, so i suggest emptying it in a container.
Color:
Regular henna colored powder.
Performance:
I used to love henna a lot as I have naturally brunette brown hair with different shades in them naturally, so applying henna used to bring out the natural highlights beautifully and made my hair shine and look lively. So basically i used to apply henna to enhance my natural hair color. But for past 2-3 years I have not applied henna on my hair. Recently i was asked if i would like to try Prem Dulhan Hair Henna Natural Brown, I could not say no as I have applied Prem Dulhan henna cone for making henna tattoos and I loved that it did not irritated my sensitive skin so I have decided to give this hair henna a try.
I made a paste of this with just water as i wanted to see its actual performance as they claim to have so many herbs in it. I kept it 4 hours before applying. I applied it using hairbrush and left it on my hair for almost 2 hours before washing as on my long hair this is how much time it takes to dry.
After wash I did not shampoo my hair, I air dried my hair and applied oil at night, next day I shampooed my hair. As a result of applying Prem Dulhan Hair Henna I could see a visible shine and natural brown color of henna enhanced my naturally brunette brown hair, my hair felt silky and soft and conditioned. This henna did not irritate my scalp.
What I like:
- goodness of 9 herbs.
- Less chemicals.
- Natural henna color.
- Fuss free.
- Reasonably priced.
What I don’t like:
- no full list of ingredients.
Final Verdict: 4/5
If you are a hair henna lover, I suggest you give this a try. Do not forget to take patch test before applying any hair henna/color.

First a fall happy aniversary… I don’t have brown hair so henna may not suit me, but good for those with your hair colour.
That was a very detailed review. I guess I have tried henna on my hair once, and I loved how smooth my hair was later. But I hate the smell 🙁

Sounds great to me, and I think this is a good, and fair review. I have not tried henna, since I am blonde, but I love the rich tones, it provides, and the natural ingredients. Happy Anniversary~
