My De-stressing Experience at The Four Fountain De-Stress Spa, Gurgaon
Heylo Everyone, I hope you had a great weekend and wish you an amazing week ahead. I have been wanting to do this post for so long but wasn’t getting time to edit pics. You all have heard my continuous cribbing about my hectic and super-busy schedule and how it is crazy being a to-be-bride, It is taking a tole on me so when I have got an invite from Maithili Sawant to try out Four Fountains De-Stress Spa in Gurgaon , I couldn’t say no to it 😀 I badly needed a de-stress therapy 😛 I decided to go in the evening so that after therapy i would come home and sleep 😀
Four Fountains De-Stress Spa is located in Supermart 1, DLF phase 3 , Gurgaon. If you have ever visited Needs supermart then it is in the same building on first floor. The entry of the spa is small but as soon you enter you get the feeling of SPA at reception itself.
The interior is very pretty with so many Buddha idols and abstract pieces. On wall you can see a colorful notice board with feedback from people and also there latest offers.
I really liked the interior. Also as soon you enter there are small foot-step stickers on the floor with “Foot Spa” written on them leading you to a room which is their foot reflexography room.. cute, isn’t it?
At reception a gentleman Rohit received me and gave me a tour to the SPA and then explained me all different types of therapies available which included de-stressing, beautifying, detoxifying and immunity therapies. He explained me the procedures and difference between all therapies which helped me a lot in deciding what therapy i wanted.
Finally i decided to go for a 60min de-stress therapy “Spice & Green Tea Scrubassage” which basically included full body scrub and then massage… yeah sounds so relaxing 😀
Next i was introduced to my masseur Yabur who seemed to be very cheerful lady, she took me to therapy room and asked me to keep my belongings in the locker inside the room and change into disposable clothes provided and she directed me to ring the bell whenever i’m ready.
As soon as she left the room i clicked the picture and then kept my belongings in locker and changed into disposable clothes 🙂 I rang the bell and she was there to start the therapy in no time.
My masseur started the therapy by wiping my sole with warm water dipped clothe and it felt so nice and relaxing that I knew I’m gonna have a really nice time 🙂 The therapy included scrub massage then oil massage and my masseur made sure of asking about the pressure level and my comfort level during the therapy. She knew what she was doing. Soft music, heavenly smell of products being used and every inch of body getting de-stressed…a feeling that really can’t be expressed in words. There was a water bowl filled with rose petals was kept underneath the head-hole of the table so when you lie on your stomach and look down you see the bowl 🙂 By end of the therapy my body was relaxed and de-stressed for real.
I was given a complimentary steam after therapy and it gave my therapy a perfect ending. In attached bathroom there was steam and bath both. My masseur asked me not to used body wash or soap for rest of the day as pores were open after scrubassage. There was moisturizer and comb placed in the room.
I changed into my clothes and rang the bell. Then i was again escorted to the reception area where i was served with water and green tea. Then i was asked to fill the feedback form. I was given complimentary foot-massage also but by the time my therapy ended, it was closing time for them so I was given a card of complimentary 10 min foot-massage to avail on my next visit. 🙂 I have really had a great experience at The four Fountain SPA and will definitely revisit there soon 🙂 They have membership options and bride-groom packages also 🙂
Next time i’m planning to take my Beau also for some de-stressing, afterall i’m not the only one getting married right!! 😛 Final verdict: If you wanna pamper yourself, de-stress or de-toxify your body then The four fountain SPA is a place you must visit atleast once. This is how I felt.
P.S. The SPA offered their services for free but my opinion is unbiased and honest as always 🙂
